This course is highly practical and considers how to help breathing mechanics, breathing effort, increase interoceptive awareness and help establish better breathing integration  It also considers how the lymphatics, and major immune structures in the body can be supported, and how such areas as the lesser omentum, cisternal chyli, root of mesentery, spleen and major lymph channels in body can be addressed.

Concepts for helping long covid and general systemic rehabilitation are included. 

Anatomy of torso and diaphragm revisited, and autonomic nervous system, inflammatory reflexes, vagal tone and other dynamics are also reviewed.

Highly clinically relevant, this course will get you helping your patients and clients very quickly in a gentle but focused and evidenced way.
